We entrust you with:

- All tasks of a front office agent, including rooming guests
- Passionate host
- Ensuring excellent guest experiences with consistent quality
- Checking and processing the daily closing of all outlets
- Ensuring, monitoring and controlling all security aspects in cooperation with the other employees at night
- Working closely with all departments of the hotel

What we are looking for:

- Completed vocational training and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Host mentality with a skillful and competent appearance
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Good MS Office skills and knowledge of Opera an advantage
- Hands-on mentality and goal-oriented work
- High quality awareness, affinity for luxury
- Good understanding of numbers and strong business acumen
- Innovative and entrepreneurial thinking
- High level of commitment and great sense of responsibility

Rosewood Vienna opened in July 2022 as the brand’s fifth property in Europe. Housed in an historic 19th century building which was the former headquarters for Erste Group Bank AG, Rosewood Vienna is ideally situated on Petersplatz, one of the most famous squares in Vienna’s Old Town. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city.
