**Order Processing/Internal Sales (M/F/d)**:
**YOUR TASKS**: Together with your team colleagues, you are responsible for order processing (hardware, software, CP services) in Austria and Eastern Europe and process our customers' orders independently - from order entry to invoicing. As the central contact person, you form the interface between suppliers, sales, technology and customers and are available for order information. You order goods from our headquarters and third-party suppliers on an order-by-order basis, taking into account short process throughput times and lean warehousing throughout the entire supply chain. The preparation of shipping documents, proactive information on shipping dates and correct invoicing are also part of your varied area of responsibility.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- a business education (e.g. HAK/HAS or apprenticeship) and ideally first professional experience in a similar function.
- proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) - Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 advantageous
- basic knowledge in accounting (taxes, Incoterms, exports and international accounting)
- interest in technical products
- good language skills in English
