Your territory

As part of our international Sales Team, you will:

- Help one of Austria’s most successful pet tech businesses to take their sales to the next level
- Be our go-to person when it comes to establishing and expanding our worldwide sales network of distributors, online and offline retailers in the UK
- Handle Amazon and other marketplaces within the UK
- Monitor, analyze and increase sales numbers in your territory
- Review and optimize Tractive's country-specific product detail pages of marketplaces and online retailers
- Develop further business relations by using your professional and cultural know-how
- Establish personal contact with key account customers
- Research, analyze and monitor markets and competitors
- Plan, create and coordinate promotions and deals
- Implement your own ideas for marketing activities and how to increase product awareness
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level

**Profile**:
Key requirements:

- Professional experience in a relevant field (e.g. Sales, HR, Marketing etc.)
- A basic understanding of the UK market
- General knowledge of online and offline retail and marketplaces is a plus
- Very good English skills

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. The annual gross salary starts at € 35,000 on a full-time basis. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
