Digital Marketing Manager for Webportal Projects

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Web strategy development & implementation with concrete recommendations for further development of the company's own online offerings via the web portal
- Process & workflow optimization on web related tools in order to archive target KPIs
- Web Performance, SEO & Tracking Optimization: optimize reach, search engine visibility, performance, usability and conversions
- Business Demand Management & Competitor Analysis: identify new digital marketing areas and emerging trends in digital communication
- Project Management for website and online marketing projects in cooperation with external agencies and the IT team
- Web Content Management: Create and optimize content for web based digital channels (webpages, blog, events )

**Your education and experiences**:

- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Management, IT or related studies
- 5 years of relevant work experience as a web business manager or in a similar role
- Solid experience with digital technology (CMS, CRM, Google Analytics, Tag Manager )
- Solid knowledge of SEO
- Strong analytical, communicative and social skills with solution-oriented approach
- Organizational talent with hands-on-mentality
- Ability to work under pressure to keep project go live dates
- International work experience preferred
- Fluent English and German, both written and spoken
