Our Supply Chain team ensures inventory is consistently available to meet customer demand. We coordinate all aspects of supply through supply planning, sourcing, making, inventory management, packaging and delivery. We partner across the Marketing, Finance and Manufacturing organizations to build a robust demand and supply plan and ensure we get products to the right customer, at the place, at the right time.

For our new production facility in Krems we are looking for a

**Specialist Supply Chain Management**:
**Customer Service & Planning (M/F/d)**

Full-time, as soon as possible

**Key attributes of the Position**:

- Support the end-to-end planning process (from planning to final release) through planning customer demand
- Liaise with Global Supply Chain supporting mid
- term production planning together with production schedulers
- Work together with internal stakeholders in order to manage distribution of product to customers
- Support translation of the mid-term plan into a monthly production program in close cooperation with the production schedulers
- Assure accuracy of data and highlight necessary corrective transactions
- Monitoring of stock levels and initiation of improvements for stock (cost) reduction
- Work cross-functionally and provide support for the demand and supply organization

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Completed Apprenticeship together with practical experience or University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or life science, engineering
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Knowledge of ERP and Demand Planning
- Experience with LEAN-Concepts and methodologies
- Strong IT-skills and experience with SAP (MM/PP)
- Competence in communication with focus on clients, quality and compliance
- Skills in prioritizing; strong innovativeness and seek for continuous improvement
- Fluent in German and English
- Positive mindset, flexible person and Team player
- Reliable and talented organizer with attention to detail
