You have completed your studies or are currently in the middle of them and are looking for an opportunity to start your career in an international environment? To strengthen our Samsung team we are looking for exactly you for a period of 12 months starting now.
Role and Responsibilities
- Order management (entering orders, creating credit and debit memos, returns)
- Verifying and ensuring receipt of goods
- Handling and coordinating delivery dates, accepting orders, confirming deliveries and shipping orders
- Systemic input of delivery notes reporting
- Communication with external logistics partners (national and international), the purchasing departments of our existing customers in Austria and internal departments
- Support Operation team ( SCM & Order management related)
Skills and Qualifications
- Commercial education (HAK, HASCH, commercial apprenticeship)
- Ideally first professional experience in the ordering or assistance area
- Very good MS Office knowledge, ideally SAP knowledge
- Good knowledge of English
- Independent, structured and accurate way of working
- Communicative and service-oriented personality who likes to work with numbers
- Team player with high commitment and hands-on mentality
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and stress resistance
- Very proactive attitude and eager to learn global company's process and know-how
