Our client, Angelini Pharma, is a family owned company and leader in healthcare, with particular strength and expertise in the fields of Mental Health, Epilepsy and Rare Diseases. The company is also a leading player in the Consumer Health segment, with highly successful OTC brands worldwide. Angelini’s Austrian division is looking for a Head of Business Excellence (M/F/d) for Austria, Hungary and Switzerland. The position holder will also be part of the Austrian management team.

**Your tasks**:

- Leadership of a team of three highly motivated and dedicated people
- To ensure the local implementation and execution of Sales Force Effectiveness and Digital initiatives in line with global guidelines, models and methodologies - constant KPI tracking of the three countries
- To ensure the maintenance of Business Intelligence systems as defined by Global Business Excellence
- Full responsibility for the identification of specialized technical training needs for customer facing roles and the implementation of skill development plans, training methodologies and tools
- Ensuring the optimization and communication of operating processes, procedures, services and tools to support the commercial activities

**Your qualifications**:

- 2 - 3 years experience in a comparable role within the pharmaceutical business
- High business acumen - affinity to numbers and technical skills
- Personality: communicative, empathetic and diplomatic skills; preferably first leadership experience
- International exposure - fluency in English is a must, German skills are a benefit
