As part of evolving our leadership team and strengthening our strategic focus, we are looking for a new Head of Mountain Destinations at SKIDATA, who is ready to step into a key leadership role with high strategic impact.

You will be part of a dynamic, international environment where innovation customer centricity & digitization are at the core of everything we do, working closely with top leadership, global and regional teams. This role will report directly to the CEO of SKIDATA. Regular travel is necessary, also depending on your personal location (20-40%). Regular presence in Grödig (Salzburg) is expected as majority of team is on site.

**What You’ll Do**
- be responsible for driving the global strategy, and profitability of this business domain globally
- lead the unit with full accountability for performance, and own P&L responsibility in a matrix organization
- drive customer-centric product and solution strategies including partnership or internal development strategies
- ensure strong Product Life Cycle management & business development through data-driven market insights and analytics
- collaborate closely with other business domains, regions, and central functions to align domain strategy with overall company goals
- align innovation with global market trends and customer requirements which also support our digital business growth.
- Lead the transformation of the organization, fostering a change in mindset towards innovation, customer-centricity and continuous improvement

**What You Bring**
- Proven track record in international leadership with P&L responsibility in a fast-paced organization
- Strong market and customer orientation and knowledge, with the ability to anticipate trends and shape business strategy - ideally in field of business domain
- Solid experience in general product management, solution development, innovation and product life-cycle management
- Background, including proof points, with introducing & growing recurring revenue business models
- Excellent business and financial acumen with the ability to deliver sustainable growth
- Strong and engaging communication and stakeholder management skills in a matrix organization
- Ambitious and determined, navigating to reach results in continuously changing and complex environments.
- Relevant degree in business, engineering, or equivalent;
