Eigenständige Organisation und Durchführung von strukturierten Projektfinanzierungen, insbesondere im Rahmen von Mezzanine
- und Joint-Venture Transaktionen
- Verhandlung von komplexen Nachrangdarlehens
- und Joint-Venture Verträgen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Senior-Debt Team
- Unterstützung bei der Strukturierung und Auflage neuer Investment
- und Fondsprodukte, insbesondere im Fremdkapital-Bereich
- Eigenständige Durchführung von Due Diligence Prozessen und Koordination von externen Dienstleistern (Anwälte, Berater, etc.)
- Erstellung von ansprechenden Teasern/Kurzprofilen und Informationsmemoranden, sowie diversen Entscheidungs
- und Präsentationsunterlagen
- Organisation und Durchführung von internen und externen Reporting-Prozessen und Unterlagen
- Erstellung von Cash-Flow & Bewertungsmodellen, vorrangig in Bezug auf Immobilienprojekte
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaft oder einem anderen relevanten Bereich und/oder eine fachspezifische Immobilienausbildung
- Mindestens 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung vorzugsweise in der Immobilienbranche bzw. in den Bereichen Corporate oder Structured Finance, M&A oder Private Equity
- Absolut erforderlich sind ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse
- Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit mit selbstständiger und eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
