Performance Marketing Manager

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**:
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to bring in new concepts and ideas to our team

At Journi, a creative tech company, we’re building the **#1 most downloaded printing app** in the world that allows customers to create beautiful photo books and other print products without effort. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Own user acquisition across your markets/channels / platforms, scaling them in pursuit of the team’s monthly budget targets and ensuring Journi’s profitable growth
- Use your analytical skills to continuously track, measure, and optimise our paid ads to achieve target conversion rates and ROAS
- Think like a user and work closely with our awesome, in-house media design team to create engaging ads for specific audiences
- Work closely with the product team to optimise the app funnel for new users, from install to purchase
- Be ready and hungry for additional projects that come up as part of life at a start-up, whilst maintaining a laser focus on the goals or paid ads

**YOUR BAG OF TRICKS**:

- Min. 2 years experience advertising apps across Meta and Google
- Demonstrable success in growing an app’s user base (even better if it’s in markets like DACH, France, the US, or the UK)
- Can quickly understand data and conclude appropriate action points to achieve budget objectives
- Comfortable working with Tableau or other BI tools
- Can demonstrate success in working towards key, strategic metrics like CPI or CPP
- Experience working in a start-up environment

- Knowledge of other app advertising channels
- Demonstrable success increasing conversion rates on Play/App Store pages and custom product pages
- Multiple languages are always useful, especially if you can speak Polish, Italian, Spanish, or native German
