**Your role at Dynatrace**:
Join Dynatrace as a Community Manager and lead our global developer engagement and open-source initiatives. Empower developers to connect, collaborate, and innovate through vibrant communities and impactful programs.

You will:

- Build and nurture the developer community.
- Manage online forums, content calendars and user groups.
- Organize and host community events such as hackathons and meetups.
- Gather and analyze community feedback to improve engagement strategies.
- Manage the organization's presence and contributions in open-source projects.
- Drive creative community focused programs as experiments.
- Actively engage with the open-source community to build trust and collaboration.

**What will help you succeed**:
**Required Skills**:

- Ability to navigate and use community platforms, GitHub, Stack Overflow and Discord.
- Event planning and coordination skills both in person and virtual.
- Ability to analyze community metrics and derive insights.
- Strong understanding of open-source software and foundations (CNCF, Apache, Eclipse).
- Growth mentality towards community, creative and ambitious.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years in community management or a related field.
- Experience in organizing and managing events.
- Familiarity with developer communities and their needs.
- Proven track record of managing open-source projects.
- Experience in fostering community collaboration and engagement

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
