To strengthen our **Divisional Automation and Process Optimization department **at our headquarters in Vienna or at our other Locations (PL/FR/GB/DE), we are looking for a passionate **Automation Manager (M/F/d) **.

**Your Role**:

- You lead automation projects across the entire value chain and on a global scale for the MM Packaging Division
- You proactively work on shaping and defining best practice methods with a particular emphasis on manufacturing processes and related services
- You conduct on-site assessments at our plants in different countries to identify opportunities for automation solutions
- You manage automation projects from conception to implementation, and provide guidance and support at our MMP plants
- You conduct supplier analysis and negotiate new contractual agreements
- You act as the intermediary between suppliers and the plants

**Your Profile**:

- You have completed your university degree (master's) with an automation/technical and/or business focus
- You gained at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry or a consulting company
- You should have a strong background in project management (preferably in automation) including successful implementation of projects, as well as experience in Lean Six Sigma management and continuous improvement measures
- You possess a technical understanding, a strong hands-on mentality, and a proficiency in numbers and statistics
- You are fluent in written and spoken English and German (C-Level), ideally at least one other foreign language
- You like to travel and thrive in a varied field of activity

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 60,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
