Artivive is an easy-to-use **Augmented Reality tool that allows artists to create new dimensions of art** by linking classical with digital art. The digital layer opens doors to a whole new world of possibilities. It consists of the Artivive App, our visualization component, and the Bridge by Artivive, the creational part.

**Job Description**:
You are the right hand of the executive assistant and will support the team in all kind of operational day-to-day tasks, such as:

- **
Assisting in the organization and conduction of art events** (e.g. exhibition openings, talks)
- Helping with projects (e.g. open call for artists)
- Taking over administrative tasks
- **
General office administration** (office supplies, incoming post, site/ facility issues etc.)
- Help building a community around digital art in Vienna
- Communication with clients and project partners, as well as with artists

**Qualifications**:

- You are a proactive person with excellent organizational skills, are structured and reliable
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are quick to pick things up, love to learn and most of all a great team player
- You are **fluent **in spoken and written **English and German**
- **
You are an EU-citizen or possess a standing work permit for Austria**
- Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus
