We’re looking for game-changers, big thinkers, and doers who are prepared to push to the next level as **Principal Product Manager, Go-To-Market **for** **our Enterprise portal for Account Management and License Insights. We enable our customers to flexibly manage their accounts, licenses, and subscriptions, as well as to monitor, forecast and control consumption and costs. We provide deep insights into how organizations use and consume Dynatrace aiming to maximize customer success and value.

- Focused on the latest and greatest improvements of our solution, you **surface customer needs in** **licensing and account insights, find opportunities **and **understand** **market dynamics** to drive** **our** competitive positioning**
You are a member of the **solution leadership** team and work with product management, marketing, and sales, as well as internal and external users, customers, and analysts to ensure **impactful product and capability launches and to accelerate growth**
- As a Principal Product Manager, you are a **leader **and live, support and develop our Dynatrace values and culture, **inspire and empower **through mentorship and coaching

**Qualifications**:

- Your profile:_
- **
5+ years of experience **in product management with focus on Go-To-Market or product marketing for an enterprise software product targeting large enterprises
- **
Strong expertise **in** SaaS B2B business models**:

- **
Proven track record **in **market and competitive analysis** and **product positioning**
- Strong ability to translate **technical solutions into value focused messages** - simple, clear and with a wow factor to fascinate and thrill potential customers
- Exceptional communications skills paired with an analytical mindset
- Successfully managed go-to-market initiatives in dynamic work environments
- Ideally you are highly experienced with SaaS **software licensing, subscription management and enterprise customer-facing portals**

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 80,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a **higher salary** in line with qualifications and experience.
