We are looking for a **Senior Site Manager (M/F/d) **to safeguard Site Management Excellence at all major sites

**Your Tasks**
- Boost the use of ANDRITZ DIGITAL SITE in all business areas
- Perform training for Site personnel
- Support selected Sites, if necessary, at Site
- Actively participate in the development of ANDRITZ DIGITAL SITE
- Support the Site planning & mobilization phase
- Establish site processes in compliance with ANDRITZ quality standards and regulations
- Establish positive culture and high attention for Health, Safety & Environment
- Create a positive Network of communication between the Project Team and Site Team
- Site management in emergency cases

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor or master’s degree of Technical University or College
- 10 years site manager on large international industrial plant construction sites
- Control of big installation contractors
- Management of international installation resources
- Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
- Leadership Competencies (teamwork, coaching, leadership of multi-cultural employees)

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 3.319,87 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
