**Site Manager (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Organisation und Einrichtung der Baustelle
- Koordination sämtlicher Arbeiten im Lieferumfang von SSI Schäfer auf der Baustelle
- Kontrolle und Überwachung des Baufortschritts
- Schnittstelle zu Kunde, Bau und anderen Gewerken
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Vorgaben bzgl. Arbeitssicherheit sowie der lokal geltenden Vorschriften
- Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen mit dem Kunden und externen Lieferanten sowie Abhaltung interner Baustellenbesprechungen
- Einfordern von vertraglichen Verpflichtungen und Mitarbeit bei der Dokumentation von Mehrarbeiten
- Verwaltung erforderlicher Dokumente des Personals
- Organisation und vorausschauende Kontrolle benötigter Montagehilfsmittel
- Regelmäßige Berichterstattung inkl. Führen einer Open Issue Liste

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrik, Mechanik, Mechatronik o.ä.
- Sehr hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 100%)
- Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, AutoCAD)
- Erfahrung auf Montage im internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Eigenmotivation, organisatorisches Geschick, Führungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie zielorientiertes und strukturiertes Vorgehen
