Warehouse Coordinator Central Europe

**A**bout the role**:

- Ensure effective operation in all LAT fertilizer warehouses in Central Europe in connection with legal, safety, quality, storage and all handling matters
- Ensure proper packing, blending and maintenance on own and contracted equipment
- Monitor and inspect warehouses on a regular basis in order to have a good turnaround of quantities, an orderly storage and find potential areas of improvement
- Manage existing contract relationships with all service providers
- Search, find, propose and evaluate new external warehouses & service providers and prepare service/rental agreements and contracts with the respective 3rd party
- Create service purchase orders in SAP and prepare service contract data
- Handle and follow-up product quality claims in/from the warehouses
- Follow-up the cargo flow (in
- and outbound of warehouses) in alignment with supply planning and logistics in accordance of local demand and warehouse capacities
- Be responsible for the annual stock-taking process in the warehouses; educate, supervice and support the stock-taking in other countries
- Create and update warehouse reports and KPIs according to local requirements (supply chain management, sales, etc.)
- Carry out the annual Internal Controls for warehousing together with the warehouse operations mgr.
- Keep an eye on service costs and actively manage costs and cargo flow matters
- Be an active part of the HACCP team for Linz location
- Define, rework, update and harmonize internal standards and specifications within the warehouse area
- Initiate, lead and/or support projects as team member in connection with warehouse and cross departmental related projects.
- Support pocurement of packaging materials (BB, FFS bags, seals,) for various plants in alignment with planning and central purchasing to ensure supply security.

**About you**:

- Education in logístical matters (warehousing, preferably bulk, bagging and port logistics)
- 3 - 5 years of experience in warehousing
- Preferably experience within the Chemical Industry
- Good experience with SAP, AFO and other relevant warehouse and logistic IT systems
- Technical understanding (mechanical, electrical, civil)
- Excellent communication skills
