**Your Tasks**
- Become a key member of BAWAG’s collateral management team within Group Treasury
- Manage the Austrian and Dutch cover pools of BAWAG used to collateralize the corresponding bond issues of BAWAG (c. €13b)
- Actively manage and optimize the loan and securities collateral portfolio to ensure efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strategic alignment
- Prepare reports on collateral portfolio for investors, rating agencies and other stakeholders and foster automatization
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of BAWAG’s proprietary collateral management system
- Support the integration of newly acquired loan and securities portfolios into BAWAG’s collateral systems and processes

**Your Profile**
- Excellent analytical skills combined with intellectual curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset
- Solid Excel skills; SQL or other data analytics experience is a strong advantage
- Strong interest in banking, capital markets, and the regulatory landscape
- University degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
- Excellent English speaker, enabling effective collaboration in a diverse, multilingual team (including German and Dutch speakers)

We guarantee a competitive salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications, starting at € 45.811,22 gross per year for this position, in accordance with the respective collective agreement. Salary requests above this amount will be considered depending on your previous experience and qualifications.
