**Legal Manager (f/m/d) Business law / industrial enterprises**
**Tasks**: Embedded in an international team, you will be responsible for the following areas at the Vienna location in this stand-alone position in this company:
- Act as legal generalist in day-to-day business across EMEA, USA, China and Brazil: review and drafting of contracts, ad hoc legal advice, drafting and review of general guidelines as well as legal opinions;
- Corporate housekeeping: coordinate internal and external bodies (notaries, lawyers, authorities), review and preparation of necessary documents for the implementation of company-relevant changes as well as ensuring structured and up-to-date data availability;
- Claims management: handle and advice on complex disputes and claims;
- Insurance: handling insurance claims and support management of the insurance portfolio.
**Profile**:
- Master in law - preferably at an Austrian University;
- You have at least four years of experience, preferably as in-house legal counsel in an industrial environment;
- Knowledge of Austrian law is mandatory;
- You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 according to CEFR), both written and spoken;
- You are a dedicated team player;
- You have excellent organizational and communication skills;
- You are business-minded and proactive;
- You are a good (internal and external) negotiator.
