We are seeking a highly motivated and learning-obsessed Support Content Specialist to join the Tricentis Support Organization. Your main tasks will be on tailoring high-quality content as well as documenting, implementing and maintaining our internal as well as external support and knowledge related processes. With a strong focus on our customer's digital support experience, you will become part of a creative and fast-moving team where automation and AI plays a significant role. Capturing tacit knowledge to facilitate its reuse for an efficient internal and external knowledge transfer are complementing this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- play a significant role in the development of a successful and effective knowledge base
- focus on developing, auditing, and maintaining high quality content, this includes internal as well as external content (e.g. guidelines, announcements)
- optimize our customer's digital support experience through continuous data analysis and content improvements
- work closely with key stakeholders across the company to maintain consistency at a global scale and align the content strategy
- provide relevant coaching, training and support to champion a knowledge management culture and transfer tacit knowledge internally as well as externally

**Skills**:

- +3 years experience in knowledge management and technical writing with the ability of quickly grasping complex technical concepts
- strong analytical abilities and experience bringing innovative and ‘outside the box’ approaches to problem-solving
- experience in Chatbot writing and related AI tools
- enjoy working flexibly in a fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing motivation and positive attitude
- excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English
- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office product

We are under legal obligation in Austria to indicate the minimum salary, which is EUR 44.450 gross per year for this position according to the IT collective agreement. However, our attractive compensation packages follow current market salaries and can therefore be significantly above the indicated minimum salary.
