**About the job**
As Brand & Communications Manager for B2B & Sales, you will be the interface between RHI Magnesita’s regional Sales and Technical Marketing departments, and Europe’s leading refractory recycling platform MIRECO. In this position, you lead cross-functional projects and will be responsible to build and drive the brand MIRECO independently. In addition, you will develop and execute comprehensive B2B online concepts and campaigns for our regional business units towards B2B audiences. Together with internal and external stakeholders, you will monitor and analyze the success of our communication strategies to detect potential for optimization, while also tracking campaign performance and KPIs.
**In addition, your tasks will include**:
- Developing Social Media content for B2B audiences and leading B2B communications
- Collaborating with regional Marketing Manager on 360° communication projects
- Assisting in the organization of industry events in terms of content, social media coverage and B2B advertising

**What we expect from you in terms of**
**Education & skills**
- Strong social media skills in a business context (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube etc.).
- Experience in a B2B communication environment and with indirect/channel sales
- A basic understanding of economics and an interest in technology and innovation, especially sustainability and decarbonization
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is an asset
**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language will be considered an asset
**Work Experience**
- Some years of working experience in digital marketing, ideally in an international context and/or a Media/Digital Marketing agency

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 55.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority. We will make sure to offer you a competitive salary package that values your relevant background and that’s in line with market values. This position is also open to more intermediate profiles.
