**THE ROLE**

You will be responsible for managing the global Accounts Receivable (AR) process, ensuring timely payment from our B2B customers around the world. You will work closely with the AR team and both internal and external sales reps to ensure that payment deadlines are met.
As a member of the Finance team, you will work in a fast-paced, international environment developing on your experience in global finance management as well as retail partner relations.
In addition, you will prepare and present accurate and timely reporting to the finance and sales teams.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Responsibilities**:
- Global credit control, liaising with customers to ensure sales invoices are paid in a timely manner
- Managing the seasonal AR clerk in the USA, and AR Leads in Japan & China
- Managing customer accounts and invoicing queries
- Presenting a clear & concise weekly review to the Head of Finance and other senior managers
- Manage ad-hoc requests from the Sales Team and attending weekly global sales call to give accounts receivable updates
- Provide administrative support to aid the daily business operations
- Reconciling payments daily
- Ensuring invoices and credit notes are accurate & reliable
- Maintaining an up-to-date AR listing
- Assisting the team with queries and providing support
**Territory**
Europe and world
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable in a corporate environment, with previous retail experience preferable
- Previous experience in a supervisor/ manager role preferrable
- Languages - Fluent in English and French
- The ability to work accurately and independently
- Excellent communication, oral and written, and customer service skills required
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Process driven and forward thinking
- Superb attention to detail and time management
- Meets deadlines, prioritizes assignment, and multi-tasks in a fast-paced environment
