**Student Job (f/m/x) - Retail Innovation Consulting (20-25h/Week)**:

- The RBI Group is represented in 13 different markets in CEE, in each of them an independent Raiffeisen bank with a local banking license operates.
- The group’s long-term challenge are the speed of digital transformation and the ability to gain market share. The RBI head office also wants to transform its own head office and parenting model and move towards transformation driver. The digital platforms and innovation department plays a significant role in this. The key areas covered by the department are the mobile platform, chatbot platform, open banking platform and AI strategy and innovations.
- Your role in the team will be to support the innovation team. Discover and explore latest trends like Metaverse/Web3.0, GameFi, DeFi or Digital Assets & Payments for Retail to introduce or enhance new products or services.**Your Tasks**:

- Observe the market and learn
- Evaluate the idea
- Experimentation & Validation
- Support in Implementation & Scaling
- Support in organizing workshops and events
- Support in stakeholder management
- Support in maintaining the innovation use case radar

**Your Qualification**:

- Active studies at a university in the area of innovation management, digital transformation, entrepreneurship or similar
- Excellent language skills in English both orally and in written form; German would be a distinct asset; knowledge of CEE languages is an added value
- Strong personal interest in innovation and new technologies
- Hands-on mentality with excellent planning and organizing skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive innovation
- Structured way of working, high level of responsibility and integrity
- Team player
