Fp&a Sales Controlling Junior Analyst

In addition:

- You have first working experience of up to two years in FP&A, business controlling, consulting, process enhancement or project roles (with financial focus)
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
- Strong expertise and willingness to quickly improve in Excel, XLCubed, PowerBI, PowerPoint, SAP, and other analytic BI or planning tools
- A reliable, detailed and curious workstyle, as well as analytical thinking
- Basic understanding of generally accepted accounting principles/IFRS
- Excellent proficiency in English, with strong communication skills beyond Finance stakeholders

**About the job**

As FP&A Sales Controlling Junior Analyst you will join a highly motivated and supportive team, with a focus on monthly performance reviews and integrated business planning, comprising data collection from Sales stakeholders, critical assessment and validation, proactive communication incl. suggestion of measures and overarching support of your business partners.

Your tasks will include:

- Detailed performance analysis of Sales profit centers
- Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting, contributing to the global demand planning cycle
- Providing financial insights to key stakeholders
- Collecting, validating and processing sales information
- Proactively creating transparency on pricing decisions and their impact on future results
- Accountability for P&L, Working Capital and value generation

- We offer you a full-time position (38.5 hours / week) in the FP&A Business Performance Europe, CIS & Turkey Department at headquarters Vienna. According to the Austrian labor law we are obligated to state that the monthly gross salary according to collective agreement starts from € 3.093,91 (full time basis).
