**(Senior) **HR Process and Data Analyst** M/F/d** - Remote**

The HR process analyst defines, documents, assesses, and scrutinizes the HR end to end business processes of an organization or department and then identifies areas for potential improvement. The role focus is on streamlining operations or developing solutions that allow for improved efficiency or increased productivity through standardized, simplified, and harmonized processes. They also ensure processes are aligned with organization objectives, goals, and guidelines. They meet with stakeholders across the organization to gather research and interact with outside vendors. They prepare documentation and develop recommendations. They may also support design and implementation of tech-based programs to automate routine processes.
The HR data analyst analyses data sets to find ways to solve business problems. A data analyst also communicates this information to management and other stakeholders. They utilize technical expertise to ensure data is accurate and high-quality. Data is then analyzed, designed, and presented in a way that assists individuals, businesses, and organizations make better decisions. Data Analysts evaluate the value stream of information to ensure key KPIs are met. Key objective is to ensure that data inputs are not redundant and centrally stored to feed into other process chains and systems fulfilling a business requirement (e.g., reporting data output).
- Create process documentation/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for HR Services
- Identify and analyze business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts
- Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
- Review information and trends to ensure that the output of processes is achieving the desired results and that services are meeting agreed-upon service levels
- Perform data gather, root cause analysis and performance trending to develop appropriate process changes
- Conduct maturity assessments and gap analysis against the process activities to highlight areas of improvement opportunities or concerns
- Create impact assessments and analyze the ROI for system enhancements.
- Review solution designs with the IT project teams to ensure they meet requirements, are scalable and high quality
- Bring inconsistencies and problems to the attention of management
- Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas
- Manage and execute user acceptance test effort, data, and cases, and identify pertinent performance metrics
**Skills**:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science or engineering
- 5+ years' experience as a process analyst
- Proven portfolio of completed projects
- Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
- Advanced business process analysis knowledge
- Familiar with Six Sigma or other CI practices
- Strong problem solving and leadership capabilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Critical thinker and creative problem solver
- Nice to have - Workday project experience
- Travel: Some global and regional travel required (approx. up to 25%)
