I am looking for a Business Analyst to lead the analysis of replacing the current ZGIS software solution, ensuring operational continuity and smooth transition of processes. You will develop all required documentation for procurement and implementation, manage migration of active and archived procedures, and create detailed implementation schedules. Key skills include stakeholder and context analysis, defining functional and non-functional requirements, process mapping, risk assessment, and schedule planning.🚀 Project- analyze the replacement of the current ZGIS software solution to ensure operational capability- ensure smooth running of current and future procedures during the software transition- develop all necessary documentation related to the procurement and implementation of the new software solution- manage migration of active procedures and archive solution- create implementation schedules🎯 Skills- stakeholder analysis- context analysis- defining functional requirements using use cases- specifying non-functional requirements- prioritization of requirements- process mapping and analysis- designing data flows and interfaces- risk analysis- schedule planning and critical path identification- formulating recommendations and advising stakeholders
