Business Analyst/ Commercial Finance Analyst (m/w/d)

Tasks:

  • Prepare monthly and ad-hoc reports and analyses for Finance and Sales departments within set deadlines
  • Create and maintain Power BI reports
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality data management
  • Support local teams in increasing the usage of business intelligence tools
  • Provide support and training to stakeholders for preparing customer budgets and forecasts using the common tool
  • Test, implement, and further develop statistical models for the customer budget and forecast tool
  • Manage and follow up on projects
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in controlling, sales controlling, business analysis, or similar functions (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Power BI and MS Excel; willingness to work with various IT systems and tools and ability to handle large datasets
  • Fluency in English (mandatory)
  • Team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, strategic, and analytical mindset; results-oriented, accountable, and confident in challenging situations with strong problem-solving abilities
