Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop, making it a unique, fun and beautiful place to work.

We are looking for a Sales Support Junior Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, manage data and documentation, and ensure smooth coordination across departments. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, this role is the perfect starting point for you. Aufgaben
Your Tasks

  • You support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks.
  • You track and analyse sales numbers in wholesale and B2B channels, ensuring accuracy and connecting insights with the Finance team.
  • You prepare and maintain sales documents, reports, and presentations, providing more detailed data for decision-making.
  • You update and monitor data in CRM and other internal systems, ensuring everything is up to date.
  • You coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely follow-ups.
  • You assist in handling customer inquiries and providing the sales team with relevant information.
  • You help track sales activities and support internal reporting.

Profil
Your Profile

  • You have a business-related education (e.g., business school, commercial training) or first practical experience in a similar role.
  • You are detail-oriented, numbers-savvy, and enjoy working with data and processes.
  • You have a sharp eye for accuracy and enjoy working with sales and financial figures.
  • You are proactive, supportive, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • You are comfortable using MS Office/Google Workspace (experience with CRM tools is a plus)
  • You are fluent in English and German; French or other languages are a plus.
  • You are eager to learn, motivated to grow within a sales and operations environment, and interested in wholesale/B2B business.
