Your Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate transparency and service allocation through comprehensive reporting on financials, projects, and resources
  • Analyze IT project and operational costs, and control variances against plan in cooperation with Project Managers and Budget Owners
  • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams to manage IT services, planning, budgeting, procurement, and cost control
  • Support the purchasing process by creating purchase order requisitions and receipts for IT
  • Implement IT service management and governance across the function
Your Profile:
  • Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a comparable field
  • Experience in IT controlling, project management, or working with IT and finance teams
  • Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including cross-functional collaboration
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus
