For our IT Business Solutions Team in Jenbach, we are looking for an IT Business Partner Operations Intern (m/f/d). In this role, you will support INNIO Jenbach's business functions, assist with program and project execution, and drive operational excellence. You will report directly to the Head of IT Business Solutions. Join our global team now   What we offer:

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support business functions with IT demands, advise on hardware, software, and infrastructure needs, and ensure business case development
  • Plan and prioritize feature backlog within the team and communicate transparently with business stakeholders
  • Assist with and manage IT project implementation, participate in third-party management, support ongoing benefits review, and prepare relevant reports
  • Own the lifecycle, TCO, and license management of legacy functional applications
  • Support the business partners team with other operational and project responsibilities
Your Profile:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in software, mathematics, engineering or equivalent
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear business process thinking and ability to translate requirements into IT solutions
  • Ability to conduct business in English (written and spoken)
  • High level of energy, self-motivation, positive mindset, and strong customer focus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team skills
  • Hands-on mentality and completer/finisher attitude
  • Fluent German and English

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
