Under the direct supervision of the Regional Thematic Specialist (Labour Mobility), the Senior Regional Labour Mobility Associate will support the RO Labour Mobility Unit, which operates with thematic guidance from the Movement and Pathways Division and Department of Mobility Pathways and Inclusion (DMPI) in IOM Headquarters (HQ), to provide thematic expertise and resource mobilization support to Country Offices (COs); including: monitor and analyze regional thematic trends; support regional thematic project development; support thematic capacity development; and review and support project proposal endorsement processes related to LMD in the Region.
