You are not a "coder." You are the
Conductor of an Engineering Fleet.
You will manage an ecosystem of AI agents to design, build, and deploy high-scale distributed systems in Golang and Your value is measured by the
velocity of your decisions
and the
robustness of your architecture
, not the hours spent at a keyboard.

Your Strategic Mandate:

  • Orchestration & Governance:
    Supervise a fleet of AI Agents that handle 90% of boilerplate, unit testing, and documentation. You are the final "Human-in-the-Loop" for code quality and security.
  • Generative Prototyping:
    Use GenAI to transform "napkin sketches" into functional, high-fidelity MVPs in hours. You lead the discovery phase by rapidly validating technical assumptions.
  • High-Stakes Architecture:
    Make the critical decisions that AI cannot: choosing between Eventual vs. Strong Consistency, managing complex GCP/K8s infrastructure trade-offs, and designing for the "unknown unknowns."
  • Systemic Mentorship:
    You don't just review code; you tune the organization's "Development Prompt Library" to ensure all junior staff are using the most efficient AI-assisted workflows.

What You Bring:

  • The Orchestrator Mindset:
    5+ years of experience in Backend (Go) and Frontend ), with a proven ability to direct AI to produce production-grade output.
  • Expert Prompt Architect:
    Deep experience in
    Prompt Chaining
    and
    RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
    workflows within the SDLC.
  • Distributed Systems Mastery:
    You understand the deep mechanics of Kafka, SQL, and K8s—knowledge you use to verify and correct AI-generated infrastructure.
  • Strategic Communication:
    The ability to translate "AI-accelerated" possibilities into business ROI for non-technical leadership.
