SPAR ICS ist die IT-Gesellschaft der SPAR Österreich-Gruppe und kümmert sich um sämtliche IT-Belange von SPAR, INTERSPAR, Hervis, und SES Spar European Shopping Centers.

Wir sind über 700 kluge Köpfe und haben zwei Agenden: Das reibungslose Einkaufserlebnis aller SPAR-Kund:innen in 7 Ländern und die digitalen Geschäftsprozesse "hinter den Regalen" im Konzern.

Du unterstützt uns dabei:
  • Entwicklung, Konfiguration und Customizing bestehender und zukünftiger ServiceNow-Module (u.a. ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM)
  • Gestaltung und Umsetzung neuer Features, Workflows und Integrationen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Product Leads, Prozess-Ownern, internen Stakeholdern und externen Partnern
  • Aufnahme und Evaluierung von Anforderungen sowie deren Übersetzung in robuste, skalierbare technische Lösungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Upgrades & Architekturentscheidungen sowie bei der laufenden Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer strategischen Enterprise Service Management Plattform
  • Dokumentation von Entwicklungen, Schnittstellen und Prozessen sowie aktive Mitgestaltung von Best Practices, Entwicklungsstandards und Governance-Richtlinien
Du überzeugst mit:
  • Abgeschlossener Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (HTL, FH, Uni) oder mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im relevanten Umfeld
  • Fundierter Erfahrung in der Entwicklung auf Basis der ServiceNow Plattform (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Employee Center, etc.)
  • Sicherem Umgang mit REST/SOAP APIs sowie der Identitäts- und Zugriffsverwaltung über Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Bereits vorhandenen Kenntnissen in mindestens einem ServiceNow Modul (z.B. ITSM, ITOM, CSM) – ServiceNow Zertifizierungen sowie Erfahrung mit Agile/Scrum, Jira und ITSM/ITIL sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr guten Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift
  • Hoher Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein
