As part of our experienced Backend Development team, you'll closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Senior Backend Developer, you

• Design, develop, and implement backend services and APIs
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
• Work together with frontend developers, software architects, project managers and customer stakeholders
• Ensure performance, security and scalability of backend system
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices
• Actively contribute in agile ceremonies and customer workshops

Who we are looking for  

• 4+ years of experience as a Backend developer
• Strong knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. Java and/or C#)
• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservice architectures and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. Angular, React) is nice to have
• A customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
• A curious mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge
• Very good German and English skills

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 55.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
