Driver Relations & Data Management Specialist

About the Role

:The company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Process Coordinator to join our dynamic Delivery Operations team. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our driver fleet, supporting freelancers and ensuring smooth operational processes. You will coordinate across international teams, maintain data integrity, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and driver satisfaction

    e: Act as a central point of contact between international teams (onboarding, operations, finance

    g: Maintain master data, ensure data accuracy, and create monthly operational report

    t: Handle complex driver inquiries and provide timely, precise suppor
  • t.Fees & Social Insuranc
    e: Assist with payments, ÖGK registrations/deregistrations, and resolve billing-related issue
  • s.External Communicatio
    n: Liaise with drivers, authorities (ÖGK, AUVA), and external service provider

    t: Identify opportunities for automation and enhance processes for efficiency and user-friendlines

    n: Support updates, guidelines, and information dissemination to the driver networ
