Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlich für Strategie, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der internen Kommunikation und PR
  • Planung, Erstellung und Koordination von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen über interne Kanäle sowie Presse- und Medienplattformen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Beratung von Führungskräften und Abteilungen in allen kommunikationsrelevanten Themen
  • Steuerung und Briefing der externen PR-Agentur, sowie Pflege und Ausbau von Medienkontakten und Kooperationen zur Stärkung der Markenpräsenz
  • Entwicklung neuer Formate, Tools und Initiativen zur Förderung von Transparenz, Austausch und Unternehmenskultur
  • Monitoring, Auswertung und kontinuierliche Optimierung aller Kommunikations- und PR-Aktivitäten

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Kommunikation, PR, Medien, Journalismus oder Marketing
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in interner Kommunikation, Unternehmenskommunikation oder PR – idealerweise in einem Konzernumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (verbindlich erforderlich)
  • Kreatives Sprachgefühl und ein feines Gespür für Tonalität und Zielgruppen
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und Freude an selbstständiger Arbeit

Wir bieten dir

  • Das Mindestentgelt nach dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag beträgt 2.795,74 Euro brutto/40h pro Monat bei vollständiger Erfüllung des Funktionsprofils. Die Vergütung orientiert sich selbstverständlich an deiner individuellen Qualifikation und positionsrelevanten Berufserfahrung. Diese Stelle ist auf 1,5 Jahre (Karenzvertretung) befristet mit Option auf Verlängerung.
