Job Description
What does your working day look like?

  • You are responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen, both economically and operationally.
  • You motivate your team and consider it a matter of course to support and challenge your kitchen crew. You organize training sessions, team meetings, and power briefings.
  • As a passionate host, you ensure that our guests have a culinary "WOW experience" and actively work in the kitchen.
  • You are responsible for compliance with all legal regulations in the kitchen, e.g., HACCP, and organize all training courses in accordance with the regulations.
  • You coordinate all orders for the kitchen area and ensure optimal use of goods.
  • You will take on administrative tasks, such as creating duty rosters and writing manuals and checklists
  • You will support your colleagues with a contagious smile when all the guests order at the same time. You will also stay on top of things when there are spontaneous changes to the plan and ensure that every plate tastes as great as it looks

Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your resume ...

  • You already have management experience as a head chef, or have worked for at least 5 years in the position of sous chef, ideally in the hotel industry.
  • You enjoy working with career changers and apprentices and developing your team into true kitchen professionals.
  • You care about the quality of staff catering—you ensure that our team is well looked after even with limited resources
  • You enjoy taking on responsibility, working independently and in an organized manner, and contributing your ideas.
  • You stand for the high quality of our products and combine creativity with economic thinking when developing new menus.
  • You are a doer—and openly admit when you have made a mistake.
  • You bring not only your skills to the table, but also your character.
