The Commercial Finance Manager is a business partner that drives sustainable profitable growth by providing financial leadership, support and strong analytics to the Austrian team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparation of analysis reports and demonstration of business developments and recommended actions
• Assistance in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Identifying gaps between customer performance and internal commitments and proposing solutions
• Accompanies budgeting and monitors business budgets
• Coordination (with Customer Development and CBS) of timely local responses to AR deduction or Customer Audit Claim issues
• Establishes finance-driven relationships
• Interdisciplinary project work

Requirements:

• Completed business studies with a focus in finance
• 4-6 years of experience in Finance in FMCG
• Experience in financial support to Customer Development
• Budget and planning
• Results orientated
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Confident, with strong presentations skills
• Experienced with SAP FI-CO, SAP BI/BWand, Microsoft Excel, Google suit, Sigma, Domo - SAP, BI
• Fluent in English, German is a benefit

• Collaborates with business partners to develop business plans that consider risk and cost/benefit relationship

• Challenges business partners without damaging positive relationships

• Communicates clear, compelling recommendations to business partners in language they can comprehend
• Influences decisions by providing and explaining implications of a range of possible outcomes
• Applies financial expertise to develop insights and predictive analyses to influence business decisions and address issues
