In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden erarbeiten wir die optimale technische Lösung für die zukünftigen Produkte unserer Kunden

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Strategischer Ausbau und Entwicklung des Vertriebsgebietes Südosteuropa
  • Aktive Neukundenakquise und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Systematische Weiterentwicklung von Bestandskunden durch bedarfsorientierte Beratung
  • Präsentation neuester Technologien und Identifikation von Projektpotentialen
  • Führen von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Einkaufs- und Entwicklungsabteilungen unserer Kunden
  • Technische Unterstützung (Design-In) während der Produktentwicklung
  • Begleitung von Projekten von der Produktidee bis zur Serienreife

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im technischen Vertrieb
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, osteuropäische Sprache von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, technische Projekte zu identifizieren und zum Abschluss zu begleiten
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie Interesse am strukturierten Auf- und Ausbau eines Vertriebsgebiets
  • Leidenschaft für Innovation und technologische Entwicklungen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Freude an Teamarbeit
