Aufgaben

  • Du entwickelst und setzt eine umfassende Beschaffungsstrategie um, die unsere Geschäftsziele optimal unterstützt.
  • Du führst Vertragsverhandlungen mit Lieferanten, um die besten Konditionen sicherzustellen.
  • Du überwachst und steuerst den gesamten Beschaffungsprozess von der Anforderung bis zur erfolgreichen Lieferung.
  • Du identifizierst aktiv Einspar- und Effizienzpotenziale und setzt diese um.
  • Du pflegst bestehende Lieferantenbeziehungen und baust gezielt neue Partnerschaften auf.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Beschaffungsaktivitäten mit gesetzlichen Vorschriften und Unternehmensrichtlinien übereinstimmen.
  • Du erstellst detaillierte Analysen und Reports zur Performance im Einkauf.

Profil

  • Du hast fundierte Berufserfahrung im Einkauf und Supply Chain Management (höhere Ausbildung von Vorteil).
  • Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Verhandlungs- und Kommunikationsstärke.
  • Du bringst analytische Fähigkeiten mit, um komplexe Daten zu interpretieren.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung und Weiterentwicklung von Teams.
  • Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Einkauf und hast Erfahrung mit gängigen Tools und Softwarelösungen.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. Sprachkenntnisse in Tschechisch, Slowakisch und Polnisch sind von Vorteil.
  • Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung oder Verständnis im Umgang mit Chemikalien und Labormaterialien.
