In order to strengthen our Dunapack Packaging Finance team we are looking for a

Finance Director - Dunapack Packaging (m/f/d)

YOU WILL.

Main tasks

  • Responsible for the strategy and its implementation in the core areas of Finance: Controlling, Reporting, Accounting, Tax, GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance), Legal, M&A
  • Drive strategic financial planning and advise on divisional and project-level decisions
  • Drive continuous process optimization in areas responsible for, such as:
  • Successful roll-out of BSA (Business Service Accounting) throughout the Division
  • Improve data-driven decision-making through available tools (Power BI,..)
  • Foster functional excellence across the Division in close collaboration with Finance Directors and CMDs
  • Lead M&A projects on finance & legal side (target evaluation, due diligence, execution, integration)
  • Optimize all core finance areas in collaboration with Prinzhorn Group Functions and local/cluster FDs

Requirements

  • MBA or Master's in Finance or related field
  • Broad and deep finance expertise across all key areas (corporate finance, accounting, tax, risk, compliance)
  • Expertise in IT, Data, ERP, Legal, and Procurement is a plus
  • Strong track record in M&A and finance transformation
  • International experience in complex, industrial, B2B environment
  • Role modelling the Prinzhorn purpose & core values as well as Dunapack's Faster Forward culture
  • Modern, open, inspiring leadership style
  • Performance oriented as well as team & people minded, and taking on responsibility
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and intercultural awareness
  • Professional certifications (CPA/ Certified Public Accountant, CFA/Chartered Financial Analyst, CMA/Certified Management Accountant, or ACCA/Association of Chartered Certified Accountants etc.) are highly valued; legal background is a plus
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong IT/ERP skills
  • Willingness to travel; proven ability to lead hybrid and decentralized teams
