Your contribution will be

• Developing and harnessing new emerging opportunities for engagements of FOUR PAWS International with companies, foundations, and major donors including identifying prospects, due diligence screening, and building persuasive pitches and proposals.
• Maintaining and developing assigned engagements of FOUR PAWS International with companies, foundations and major donors, incl. strategic development of these engagements, strengthening loyalty and overall support with a goal to grow the engagements.
• Ensuring the promotion of Leadership Giving at the global level and identifying opportunities for leveraging relationships across different markets.
• Supporting the development and implementation of the necessary guidelines, tools and systems to ensure Leadership Giving income growth across the organisation.
• Contributing to capacity building to grow internal knowledge and capabilities within FOUR PAWS in the Leadership Giving area.

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Several years of experience in delivering major gift strategies and significant income goals.
• Experienced in navigating the global funder landscape, with a good understanding of the decision-making processes of corporates and foundations.
• A combination of perseverance, creativity, and diplomacy is required to build strong, sustainable relationships with funders.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is essential, fluency in German and any other language is an asset.
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS' vision and mission.
