Als Content Engineer gestaltest du die Zukunft unserer technischen Informationsprodukte aktiv mit. Du entwickelst Konzepte für strukturierte Inhalte, optimierst Content-Prozesse und sorgst dafür, dass Informationen modular, wiederverwendbar und zielgruppengerecht bereitgestellt werden.

  • Du entwickelst und pflegst Content-Architekturen für unsere technischen Informationsprodukte.
  • Du analysierst Informationsbedarfe und konzipierst modulare, semantisch strukturierte Inhalte.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Technischen Redakteuren, Produktentwickler:innen und Produktmanager:innen zusammen.
  • Du entwickelst Templates, Metadatenmodelle und Taxonomien für unsere Redaktionssysteme.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Einführung und dem Rollout neuer Tools und Technologien im Bereich Content Management und Content Delivery.
  • Du optimierst bestehende Content-Prozesse und entwickelst Strategien zur Wiederverwendung und Automatisierung von Inhalten.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Inhalte den Anforderungen an Usability, Normen und Übersetzbarkeit entsprechen.
  • Du bringst deine Expertise in laufende Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekte ein.

  • Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Technische Kommunikation, Content Strategy, Informationsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit XML-basierten Redaktionssystemen (z. B. SCHEMA ST4).
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Content-Modelle, Metadaten, semantische Strukturierung und Informationsarchitektur.
  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung mit Content Delivery Portalen, CMS-Systemen oder API-basierter Content-Ausgabe mit.
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert – und hast Freude daran, komplexe Inhalte verständlich und effizient aufzubereiten.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Wir bieten dir fachliche und persönliche Weiterbildungsprogramme sowie die Mitarbeit in einem motivierten Team, in dem die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Begeisterung für die Umsetzung von Ideen willkommen sind. Für diese Position gilt ein Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto 3.341,50 pro Monat. Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
