In dieser Position erbringst du Support-Dienste für die lokale Infrastruktur bei unserem Endkunden und überzeugst die Kunden durch deine kompetente, professionelle und freundliche Art jeden Tag aufs Neue. Die Verantwortung in diesem Umfeld mit vielseitigen Anforderungen im Rahmen von 2nd Level Onsite Supports beschreiben deine Wunschposition schon sehr genau.

Zu deinen weiteren Aufgaben gehört:

  • Du betreust Anwender/-innen bei technischen Anfragen und Problemen (mit zB. Hardware, Software, MFA, Phones) und sorgst durch deine kreative Lösungsfindung für lächelnde Gesichter
  • Troubleshooting und Lösung technischer Probleme jeglicher Art (Level 2), vor allem in den Bereichen Hardware- und Softwareproblemen, System- und Netzwerkproblemen, Operating System, Office Programmen, Active Directory, Meeting-Room-Support, usw.
  • Du übernimmst den Support, die Installation der Hard-/ Software sowie die Konfiguration von Netzwerken und wirkst aktiv bei IT-Projekten (Rollouts, Site Visits, Migrationen, Hands & Eyes Support) mit
  • Durch Deine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise kannst Du die Service Level Agreements (SLAs) einhalten und sorgst für ein Lächeln beim Kunden
  • Analyse, Reporting, Dokumentation sowie Troubleshooting von Tickets
  • Du bist für die Verwaltung des IT-Equipments (Asset Management/Inventarisierung) mitverantwortlich

Requirements:

  • Allrounder Kenntnisse im Bereich Hard- und Software von Apple (insbesondere MAC OS)
  • Quereinsteiger mit 2 bis 4 Jahren Berufserfahrung in der IT oder abgeschlossene IT-spezifische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, Studium/Fachhochschule)
  • Erfahrung mit Monitoring, Ticketing-Tools, Netzwerke (Einrichtung, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, ROP), Anti-Spyware-/Anti-Virus-Software, MS Office, Windows, Intune sowie iOS und Android
  • Teamplayer mit hoher Lösungskompetenz, Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und selbständiger Arbeitsweise sowie Fähigkeit zu Priorisieren
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (mit IT-Schwerpunkt)
  • Affinität für Dokumentation (insbesondere Ticketdokumentation)
  • Freundliches, verständnisvolles und gepflegtes Auftreten
