Go Developer (m/w/d) in Kufstein gesucht – für die Entwicklung einer hochmodernen IoT- und Kommunikationsplattform, die in industriellen Umgebungen eingesetzt wird.

Der Arbeitgeber ist ein wachstumsstarkes Technologieunternehmen, das Hard- und Softwarelösungen für die Industrie 4.0 entwickelt. Grundlage ist ein eigens entwickelter Kommunikations-Stack, der Maschinen, Sensoren und Cloud-Systeme zuverlässig miteinander verbindet. Der Tech-Stack basiert auf Go, HTMX und PostgreSQL und ermöglicht es, performante Anwendungen mit direktem Einfluss auf hochkritische Produktionsprozesse umzusetzen.

Aufgaben
  • End-to-End-Entwicklung von IoT- und Kommunikationsanwendungen – von der Konzeption bis zum Deployment
  • Backend-Entwicklung mit Go. Aufbau robuster, performanter Services mit Chi-Framework
  • Frontend-Entwicklung mit HTMX und Templ. Erstellung interaktiver Benutzeroberflächen
  • Datenbankmodellierung, Abfragen und Optimierung mit PostgreSQL
  • Sicherstellung von Code-Qualität durch Reviews, Unit- und Integrationtests und Best Practices
  • Aufbau und Wartung von CI/CD-Pipelines mit GitLab
  • Mitgestaltung von Architekturentscheidungen und Technologieauswahl
  • Fehleranalyse, Bugfixes und Performance-Tuning
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Owner und anderen Entwickler:innen
Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Full-Stack-Entwicklung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Go, HTMX und Templ oder vergleichbaren Go-Template-Engines
  • Fundierte Datenbankkenntnisse (PostgreSQL)
  • Routine im Umgang mit Git und CI/CD (GitLab bevorzugt)
  • Verständnis für Software-Architekturen (Microservices oder strukturierte Monolithen)
  • Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

Nice-to-haves:

  • Erfahrung mit Docker oder Cloud-Infrastrukturen (Hetzner, AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Kenntnisse in Testautomatisierung und Performance-Optimierung
  • Erfahrung in agilen Teams (Scrum/Kanban)
