The Quality Assurance department ensures compliance with standards and regulations and guarantees consistently high product quality. By collaborating closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and our global affiliates, we create strong synergies and ensure global quality standards.

Your Tasks

  • Implementing and maintaining global quality management system requirements
  • Performing internal audits on global quality management system requirements
  • Drive global quality management system certifications and lead process improvement initiatives
  • Establish processes for issuing product certificates and optimize related workflows
  • Coordinate and prepare for audits performed by global authorities

Your Profile

  • Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., medical technology, biomedical engineering)
  • Ideally, experience with quality management system requirements according to ISO 13485 and global QMS standards
  • High level of quality awareness and keen attention to detail
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work independently and proactively

Further Information
Minimum Salary:
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 46,781.00.
