Rates and FX options trading is the market risk hub for interest rate and long dated foreign exchange linear and non linear risk of the group with centers in our core European countries, US and Asia. We are making markets for our customers, managing market risks and so in vital contact with international financial markets, our distribution / sales channels as well as internal customers offloading their market risks.Sounds interesting and familiar? Your Tasks

  • Be responsible for pricing, trading and risk managing client flow as well as managing your position
  • Stay ahead of market trends through active engagement with brokers, dealers, and financial markets impacting your performance
  • Analyze risk profiles of your trades, develop hedging strategies and find optimal ways to dynamically drive your book's exposure
  • Talk to sales, origination and our structuring unit and help them come up with the best solution
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and innovate new products to meet market demands
  • Be involved in xVA pricing, tools and model development
  • Drive trading framework enhancements and automation including systems and interface integration

Your Background

  • University degree in Economics, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or in related quantitative field
  • Strong passion for financial markets and trading
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative and communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Good Excel-skills and love to read the story behind the numbers
  • Proactive, independent way of working and capacity of fast decision making under pressure and with limited information
  • A problem- solving attitude, eagerness to search for root cause of issues & willing to walk the extra mile
  • Ideally have some experience in coding (e.g. VBA, Java or Python) and systems technology
  • Excellent command of English; German and / or a CEE language are advantageous

  • The minimum wage for this full-time position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 44.860,-- gross per year. But this is just a formality - we would be happy to talk about your actual salary in person
