Wir suchen eine:n Strategic Procurement & Pricing Expert zur Verstärkung unseres Procurement Teams bei INNIO. In dieser Schlüsselrolle berichten Sie direkt an den Chief Procurement Officer und agieren an der Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Preisgestaltung und strategischer Marktanalyse. Sie verbinden Wettbewerbsanalysen, Pricing Intelligence und Projektmanagement mit fundiertem Know-how in der direkten Materialbeschaffung – idealerweise erworben in einer Kombination aus Industrie- und Beratungstätigkeit.   Das Direct Material Procurement Team bei INNIO verantwortet alle Beschaffungsaktivitäten, die eine termingerechte Lieferung kosteneffizienter Materialien sicherstellen – stets auf höchstem Qualitätsniveau.   Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Analyse von Preisentwicklungen, Markt- und Wettbewerbsdaten zur Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen für Einkauf und Vertrieb
  • Unterstützung strategischer Einkaufsentscheidungen durch fundierte Datenanalysen
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Datenmodellen zur Bewertung von Lieferanten-, Material- und Marktpreisrisiken
  • Entwicklung von Dashboards, Reports und Simulationen zur Steuerung von Kosten, Risiken und Margen
  • Identifikation von Einsparpotenzialen sowie Value-Engineering-Ansätzen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams wie Engineering, Controlling und Sales zur ganzheitlichen Bewertung von Kosten- und Preismodellen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Technik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Solide Erfahrung im Pricing, Procurement, Projektmanagement und in der Analyse von Marktdaten
  • Fundierte operative Erfahrung in der direkten Materialbeschaffung, vorzugsweise im Maschinenbau
  • Erste Erfahrung in einer PMO-, oder Strategie-Funktion – idealerweise im industriellen Energieumfeld
  • Branchenkenntnis im Bereich Energie, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarem Wettbewerbsumfeld
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sicherer Umgang mit BI-Tools, großen Datenmengen und relevanten KPIs
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich zu kommunizieren und Stakeholder effektiv zu koordinieren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
