Die Rolle des Program Managers (m/w/d) für die Jenbacher Containerized Solutions Platform ist eine zentrale Position innerhalb des Product Line Management (=PLM) Teams. Diese Position vereint strategisches Programmmanagement mit umfassender Produktkostenverantwortung, um ein wettbewerbsfähiges, modulares und industrialisiertes Produktportfolio sicherzustellen, das aktuelle und zukünftige Marktanforderungen erfüllt.   Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du führst die bereichsübergreifende Umsetzung und Serialisierung von New Product Introductions (NPI) über verschiedene Abteilungen und stellst die Einhaltung von Produktanforderungen, Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätszielen sicher
  • Du treibst die Modularisierung und Industrialisierung containerisierter Lösungen voran und gewährleisten Standardisierung, Skalierbarkeit und Herstellbarkeit im gesamten Jenbacher Portfolio
  • Du steuerst und koordinierst bereichsübergreifende NPI-Projekte gemeinsam mit Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Sales und Service
  • Du fokussierst dich auf die Kostenkontrolle und Kostentransparenz für containerisierte Lösungen
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Product Line Managern und Kostenmanagern zusammen, um relevante Kennzahlen zu entwickeln und zu präsentieren
  • Du stellst vergleichbare Kostenstrukturen sicher und integrierst detaillierte Kostenanalysen in Modularisierungsstrategien
  Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder in einer Expertenrolle in relevanten Branchen (z.B. Verbrennungsmotoren, Energieerzeugung, Öl & Gas)
  • Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams
  • Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain, Engineering, Produktmanagement oder Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in Wertstromanalyse und Kostenmodellierung
  • Vertrautheit mit INNIO Jenbacher Produkten und Netzwerken
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten, Veränderungsbereitschaft sowie starkes analytisches Denken
  • Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch
