DIE POSITION

Du willst nicht einfach nur einen Job, sondern echten Impact?
Als Junior Product Manager*in unterstützt du die Weiterentwicklung unserer KI-Plattform Glacier AI – nahe an Tech, nahe am Use Case, nahe am Kunden. Du arbeitest eng mit Head of Product, Engineering und Sustainability-Expert*innen zusammen und bringst Features von der Idee über das Testing in die erfolgreiche Nutzung.

DEINE AUFGABEN
  • Features testen & Qualität sichern: Du prüfst neue Funktionen in realistischen Flows, identifizierst Edge Cases und gibst priorisiertes, umsetzbares Feedback (z. B. Repro-Schritte, Akzeptanzkriterien).
  • Tickets schreiben & Backlog steuern: Du übersetzt Anforderungen in klare User Stories, definierst Akzeptanzkriterien und hältst das Backlog für Planning/Refinement sauber.
  • AI-Affinität & Prompt Engineering einbringen: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung erster Prompts für ESG-spezifische Anwendungsfälle, entwickelst strukturierte Test Cases für KI-Funktionalitäten (z. B. Halluzinationstests, Edge Cases, Validierung) und trägst zur laufenden Verbesserung der Glacier-AI-Modelle bei.
  • Recherche & Spikes durchführen: Du analysierst Use Cases, Datenformate und Integrationen, bewertest Optionen und fasst Ergebnisse entscheidungsreif zusammen.
  • Use-Cases entwickeln & prototypisieren: Du überführst Anforderungen in klare Test Cases (Szenarien, Daten, Erwartungsergebnisse), setzt schlanke Prototypen auf und läufst die Test Cases systematisch durch.
  • Rollouts begleiten & konfigurieren: Du richtest Projekte auf Kundenseite mit ein (z. B. Konfigurationen, Datenimporte, Mapping) und klärst Produkt und Techfragen im Kundenkontakt.


DEIN PROFIL
  • 1–2 Jahre Erfahrung im Product Management oder Product Operations, idealerweise im SaaS-/Startup-Umfeld und mit einem KI-Produkt.
  • Routine im Schreiben von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien sowie in Backlog-Pflege, Testing und Releases.
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Produkt- und Kollaborationstools (z. B. Asana, Notion, Metabase, Loveable), Datenbasis mit CSV/Excel; nice to have: Basis-SQL.
  • Starke Analyse- und Recherchefähigkeiten, du vergleichst Optionen, erstellst Testsets und leitest klare Empfehlungen ab.
  • Strukturierte, verlässliche Arbeitsweise; du hältst Details, Prioritäten und Deadlines im Blick.
  • Kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert, sauberes Sparring mit Engineering, Sustainability und Kundenteams.
  • Deutsch & Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift (C1).
  • Hohe Motivation für Nachhaltigkeit und spürbaren Produkt-Impact.
  • Wunsch, dich in Richtung Product Owner weiterzuentwickeln.
